Project Description:

The purpose of this project is to study how bacterial communities in human milk change over time. This will involve both lab work and bacterial community analysis. This interdisciplinary project will incorporate the disciplines of Mathematics & Statistics, Nursing, and Microbial Ecology. However the project is specifically housed within the Hope College Department of Mathematics & Statistics.
